I have not blogged for a few years, but now feel it is time to get back to it.
A lot has happened the last few years, illness in the family, great grand children have been born and life goes on .
I now study TAO de CHING, A Course in Miracles and other writing by Louise Hay.
I am a Gardener by birth. I am a fourth generation of gardners, my Great Gand Father was in charge of the Windsor Gardens under Queen Victoria for over 40 years. My Grand Father came to America in 1870 and he was a gardener in St. Paul, Minnesota, so was my Father and Brother. But at 17 years of age I joined the United States Air Force and stayed in for 26.5 years. After retirement I did several different jobs but now garden every day, It is my hobby and a place where I find peace.
I have over fifty three roses between my front and back yards. I just planted 16 Louis Philippe roses (Cracker Rose) as it is the best rose of all, an old Garden Rose.
Camping and canoeing are my favorite sports.
